Slowest service ever. Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes before being told to park for a 3 minute wait. 15 minutes later I had to go in to look for my order only to be told I still had to wait. Asked twice if my order was correct only to get home to food missing. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be going back again

They rarely have every part of your order available but don't tell you until you've paid and gotten to the final window. I'm sure the children working there are doing their best, but perhaps an adult employee might be useful in managing stock levels and addressing wait times.

The only good thing I can say is the service is fast. The only words a staff member said to me was Cash or Card. Cashier straight ignored me after that and then the girl at the pick up window threw our food out the window and walked off. Warwick KFC has a reputation for terrible customer service and my interaction today was the gold standard that I'll use for the rest of my life to compare bad food interactions.

*TRAILER WARNING*Driving into the parking area to find that there is no parking for trailers and also no way out besides through the drive through.Lucky I only had a camper and not a full caravan on the back.Then 30+ minutes for the order to be served.Give this kfc a miss.

Ran out of everything 20 min wait on order for what they did have. They were absolutely flat out. Very busy

This place needs a update, upgrade, new managers and new staff that want to work and that is organised better. The service is so slow and never have chicken to serve at a kfc restaurant. It’s really poor quality food as well and I hope the big leagues see this post so something is done about this. Wake up workers, if you don’t like your then find something else.

Absolutely disgraceful. Car park covered in litter. Inside the restaurant no clean tables despite 4 staff talking. Absolute disgrace of a restaurant. No acknowledgment from staff. Only using kiosk no eftpos at counter.
