Great home items with great prices. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Being a member is well worth it.

Extremely poor quality, id rather go kmart or big w to get drinking glasses and plates!3 out of 6 of our ocean drinking glasses broken in only a few months of having them! We only left them in soapy warm water to soak and clean & we are delicate with glass! We don’t have a dishwasher either & only hand wash all of our dishes!Another issue is when i opened my brand new mystic plates, each plate had a chip coursing through them! I wasn’t happy but chose to ignore it and then the glass issue happened as of recent!I wonder why they were heavily reduced? but we spent $600+ for our new home! So all together it still was not cheap!I don’t think i am coming back to harris scarf anymore, they used to be so good but kmart lasts longer!

popped in to look for an engagement present, and came home with a bargain. love this little store and it's conveniently close to home and its always bright and airy and loaded with stuff.

I literally paid for a product in full and ordered click and collect and you refunded it without my permission. At what point do you think it’s ok to take it back because I hadn’t collected it in a couple days and the price of the item had not changed?????That’s mine. I purchased it. You aren’t losing out. But now you’ve ruined my Xmas present.Pathetic. I barely ever shop with you people (probably first time in 5-8 years) but now I won’t be shopping with Harris scarfe again and telling everyone I know not to. Pretty bad for your new stores opening. No wonder you people have such a bad reputation.

So I drive for 2 hrs nearly and due to traffic my gps said I would arrive at 5.30 on the dot so I called the store to let them know I would be there at exactly 5.30 and begged them to not shut early to which the lady who answered the ph then lectured me on how the door lock we don’t shut early Omg nothing I need to hear as a customer ! I just had to pick up something already paid for and she was so rude and just did not eabt to help or even talk , of course didn’t say her name but then finally when she finished telling me about the door said if your here before 5.30 that’s fine . I got there at 5.30 on the dot the doors were locked they were standing there right next to them I knocked and called and they completly ignored me . Then a guy out the front started yelling at me that they only get paid to 5.30 so why should they wait1 min snd I said nicely come on I rang them and said I would be there exactly 5.30 and if it was me of course I would help the customer ! They were standing behind the counter doing the tills and talking all they had to do was hand it out to me but fell her phone manner should have known she oils be nasty as that’s why this wa know I Ndola had driven for hours ! Should have known she would not be a good customer service person . I paid 300 for an item snd I’ll cancel and goTo a store where 1 minute to help a customer doesn’t end with a guy threatening you put the front of the shop . A very very bad and stressful experience . I will def only go to my local Preston store where this would have been pleasure for the awesome girls there they are so nice polite happy and helpful .so I drove for 2 hours for nothing and all for 1 minute of her life .

Big shout out to Kaitlyn at south morang store for going above and beyond to assist me with my washable doonas that shrunk after washing. You were very helpful and offered me a resolution which I was satisfied with.Thankyou very much.

Fairly small store but seems to have reasonable stock of popular items. Many things missing prices and no price check system available so it is difficult to find so item prices.

New Big store, lots of homewares and bedding options, staff helpful, No clothing, parking can be a premium in busy times, great location in home centre off main rd
