Marnie and maddie are extremely unprofessional recruiters who are immature and engage in bullying towards candidates when they are called out on their behaviour.I was non stop harassed by maddie who felt I had to have a call with her after asking for no further contact and turning down the role.After I turned down the role I got a petty “you werent the right fit anyway” and an “im shocked at your manner” messages because she clearly cant handle being told no like an adult and would rather try gasslight these candidates instead.I then received a very defensive email from marnie claiming that I was harassing them (odly ignoring me requesting no contact from anyone in the business prior to this) and then pointing out things abott it my cv saying I should Rethink taking out “positive attitude” im my skills set and urging me to “be an honest person” despite her countless lies.She asked for me to cease and desist further communication and then continued emailing me with every email responded to asking her to not contact. She was quiet clearly attempting to provoke.Shocked by their rude emails - I sent it onto the client as I felt they needed to know how this agency treats candidates and who they where being represented by. I have worked in multiple corporate roles where my bosses would have been shocked having a recruiter behave that way.This was met by marnie a few hours later attempting to send me a friend request through a deceptive business profile clearly mentioned on her linked in page and attempted to gain access to stalk my social media profile and when she was called out on it tried to gasslight me into thinking it was harmless behaviour. It is harassment when you have been asked repeatedly not to contact.Marnie and maddie come across as very immature and entitled and feel they have some big impact in the industry and can lecture candidates on professionalism but engage in high school like bullying towards them simply because they cant handle being told no and have to get the last word in or manipulate certain details to seem like the victim.Also wearing your hair in pigtails and wearing tshirts in business photos with your tattoos showing isnt exactly professional

I am a job seeker and have approached this company twice recently.Alex is the best headhunter I have ever seen, she is patient and insightful. Even though I was a rookie with little experience, she listened to me patiently and conducted the interview very professionally. She discovered my strengths, the employer agreed with her point of view, and I had a good chat with the company manager. Although the job didn't work out (employer's decision, they picked someone more experienced), we worked together perfectly.In contrast, another headhunter in their company. I experienced change interview time right before interview and late for the second one. And multiple interruptions when I was talking and she didn't even complete the entire interview. I don't want to judge, some may say it's efficiency. I'm truly sorry that I waste her valuable time. But I think I still deserve some basic respect.

Educate and Talent X training was amazing; filled with a multitude of 'lightbulb' moments! Marnie and Maddie were so relatable with real life examples and how they have created and supported change for success. I've left the three days of training with a kit of 20 tools to utilise in various aspects of my role. The difference with this training is that it is manager focused to attain these tools rather than what can be the 'wish-wash' of leadership training and concepts.
