Don’t buy from here. Overpriced (Vodafone is cheaper) and SIM cards stopped working for me (customer service was bad).

Friendly staff. According to what Optus told me, If you have complecited matters, eg. Billing issue, retrieving a disconnected mobile numbers etc. You need to call their customer service.

It was closed before closing time. The airport was full of people arriving from overseas and they were consuming their money on Vodafone.I have to come back to do something I couldn't do by chat or phone call.

Arrived back in Oz from the UK. Didn’t have a SIM card tray tool to swap my UK SIM back to my Optus one. The lad on the desk was happy to swap it back for me. Thank you!

SCAM ALERT‼When I asked a guy working for here he told me I should go to the SIM card shop if I want a plan suitable for my short-term stay(2 weeks)...and I ended up to be scammed by Crown Mobile(search crown mobile australia" and read reviews on google how other people are scammed by the company

Staff young man who name was Kevin . He was very kind and nice.He speaking English and Korean too.He tried to solve out the automatic payment of prepaid sims issue. Finally, My niece went back to their county happily.

WARNING*** DO NOT use Optus, ever. They will continually charge your account with no way to cancel once you're out of the country.They specifically told that I must come into a store to cancel my account. I was 18,000km away by then.Absolutely terrible service provider.

DON'T BUY HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMER.My husband purchased the sim card here when we transit from Sydney to hobart And we realized that it doesn't work when we are in Hobart and went to the other Optus shop as well. The person said that he checked and the number was belong to someone else and he took the note in our case and we confirmed with Optus call center that we can refund whenever we are in Sydney again. So, today we went to the Sydney shop and asked for the refund. The scammer said we have no proof no note. Said that we lied about going to the Hobart Branch and called the call center. such a shame. Optus really need to investigate their employee or the scammer will just take the advantage like this. Poor you.
