After dealing with the hassles of footlocker I have finally found a reliable company who knows how to keep customers happy. I even accidentally bought the wrong size and had the issue resolved by the next day which is amazing. Thanks for everything I will be shopping with you guys from now on

All the Employees were so fun and helpful to everyone I saw walk in the store. There wasn’t even a split second where I felt uncomfortable they were all so inviting!! (The music was also amazing).

Absolutely hopeless.Hype DC sent my daughter home with wrong shoes, have since sold the pair she wanted and have no more of that size. Offered to replace if WE return wrong shoes to store, then they will re-order right size then WE will have to return again to collect, all on our own time with no offer of redress from store.How about some attention to detail, it's not hard to put the correct shoes in a bag!!! And apologise for YOUR stuff ups!!!Luckily for them I can't give a zero star review.

Alex the SM helped me find the pair of docs I wanted and they were the last one! Forget the dudes name but he had long hair and he helped me get the right size, thanks hype!!

Went there to buy 4 pairs of shoes today and stood there for like 10 minutes,tried to get a guys attention that worked there and just walked by and ignored me.wont be going back

Good range of shoes, staff tend to the younger crowd in this store. Not a bad thing as most the clientele are younger but i did wait quite a while before i was asked if i needed help this was due to the younger tyre kickers looking & not buying.I was in need of a few pairs of shoes but only grabbed one pair due to waiting so long for service. Customer service needs a game change here or be prepared to lose money.
