I especially like the man that works there he was very kind. He tried really hard on getting my design right and charged me less because he didn’t think it was up to his standards. I recommend getting the nails done from the man, not from the other girl. She seemed new at it

my sister and i walked in just half an hour before closing time and we both wanted full set acrylic nails, and with detailed designs. the employees kept doing our nails even half an hour after closing time and they didn’t rush or complain and were very kind. the nails turned out so well too.

Very disappointed in the service I just received. The lady doing my pedicure and manicure was very dismissive when hurting me. It seemed like she hated being there. Not only did she burn my toes she also ground down my finger nails and left them feeling very painful. She has not painted my nails evenly or filed them to even a similar shape. It’s not worth the $90 I paid.My friend was also getting her nails done at the same time and received a similar if not worse service

I went there today to get shellac with tips done. Never had shellac before and the result is amazing. Exactly what I was after. The techs were friendly, listened to what I was after and followed the reference image I came with. The place is super busy, so definitely need to book ahead. The techs are amazing at multitasking! And my nails look great, thank you so much!

my friend and i went here today as she wanted to get her nails done, she asked for just plain white acrylic nails and the result was awful, it came out super streaky and had bumps in it, and when she said something the lady that was doing her nails got quite angry with her when she said she didn’t like her nails. They asked her to choose another colour and she picked a deep red and they then continued to paint over the white with a hot pink, the white was also still visible under the pink. She then had to go to another nail place to get it fixed as it was that bad, in the end they only ended up taking 10 dollars off after all of that. don’t go here lol

It’s not that great. I wanted simple white french nail but the direction of the tips were facing up too much. This means it breaks off so much easier and it makes it look weird from the side. I can’t believe you charge extra for a basic shellac top coat which is the standard treatment at any other nail salon. I wish I had good things to say but I won’t be returning again.

The staff was really unprofessional and turned mad when I said my nails were hurting because she wasn’t careful in removing my acrylic. I did say it in a nice way though.She didn’t even said sorry.They also reaped me off because they charged me 25 instead of 20 which is in their price lists for acrylic removal.I’m never going back here as they lost my trust.

This is not the colour I want at all and the painting is horrible especially on my pinky nail.I have been to different places for shellac manicure in the past. I have to say that I will not return to this one.

The customer service was bad, the nail person was constantly talking in her own language and was laughing out loud. It appeared as if they were making fun of the customers. Immensely unprofessional environment and would not recommend anyone to go there. Such an uncomfortable and intimidating environment. Would never visit this place again.

This was a horrible experience. The girl doing my nails and toes had an awful attitude and she was hurting me. She filed my nails down to nothing, then got me to wash my hands, THEN GROUND MY nails down again. The girl was extremely unprofessional and was having a phone call breaking up with her partner. My friend was also getting her nails done beside me and had an awful experience Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it. The whole shop is run by 12-year-olds.
