Absolute ripper of a business. I got some brand-spanking new Ecco shoes to wear around university and the ladies love it. In fact, nearly every time I turn a corner at the local educational institution I hear people yelling, “Wow that guy is hot!” Even better, I went to an Ed Sheeran concert and good ol’ Ed actually asked me for my autograph! He said, “I just had to get a signature from you because those shoes look astoundingly comfortable.” Thanks Just Comfort Shoes!

Love love love this store!! I have been wearing shoes from here for over 4 years and my feet feel fantastic. The customer service when buying shoes here is outstanding and they will take all the time you need to fit exactly the right shoe. The staff are professional and considerate and have always gone out of their way to helpful. Could not recommend this store more.

We purchased specially sandals from a podiatrist through the NDIS from this business and we had to wait months for the extension straps to be delivered to the shop from the manufacturer. It was very disappointing that we had to wait so long to get the paid for product. I would never use this business again.

Will not shop here again. When a customer says they don't want a Velcro shoe, they don't want a Velcro shoe. Spent a good couple of hundred dollars here and was talked into what I didn't want.Low and behold, they were not fit for purpose. I took them to a shoe repairer because I didn't feel like a confrontation, and now they are useless.So my advice to this shop is, listen to your customers. If you don't have what they want, don't be so desperate for the sale that you'll talk them into something.I knew what I didn't want and all this did was waste my money.

The most DISGUSTING customer service I’ve had in years. Don’t bother wasting your time coming here. The bloke couldn’t be bothered lifting his head from the computer. When specifically asked, he retrieved my mother a few INCORRECT sizes. They were obviously the wrong sizes, but and told us to wait for his colleague to get back to assist us (as he has a sore leg). The colleague came back, but instead of helping us, watched a second customer come in the door and commenced helping them. By this time we’d already been waiting for a considerable time, obviously needed the correct sizes. Finally, after waiting and waiting, Mum decided that she wasn’t going to spend her money at a shop with such deplorable basic manners. WORST EXPERIENCE WE’VE HAD IN AGES.
