Most miserable staff member. No greeting, no smile - made the whole experience uncomfortable. Should have walked away. Made us feel as though ordering food and coffee was bad thing.

I'm only giving this review because it's the second time I've brought a milk shake from here and there's been no ice-cream in it and not enough flavouring in the shake a milk shake is not flavoured milk. It should have ice-cream and flavouring as well. Pity because there customer service is always great. Maybe staff need to be retrained on how to make a real milk shake

Ever table was dirty and staff didn't bother to come out and clean them when they saw us looking for a place to sit... it wasn't busy!!

My children and I really enjoy our visit to donut King. They do get rather busy and we always eat in. Sometimes if they have kept us waiting that little bit longer the lovely staff members bring the kids out a couple of extra cinnamon or even iced donuts which really is appreciated, even though my children find it interesting and are occupied by watching how the cinnamon donuts are made and we know they are always fresh and made to order.It is quite disappointing on the rare occasion when the cola icee machine is not working as it should, however I've noticed this is a common occurance at other franchises such as McDonald's, Hungry Jacks etc so it is a fault in the design of the machines rather than the staffs lack of attention to detail.The staff are always happy and helpful, my son likes to drink a cup of plain milk at times and the staff are more than happy to poor a cup of milk at no charge which is wonderful.The food is great always fresh and cooked well and it is a donut desert shop but I would love to see them exapandwith some more savory foods like pluto pups, corn cobs on a stick, raisen toast and perhaps toasted muffins ,pancakes and French toast.

Upside: the cinnamon donuts here are always sensational.Downside: really bad coffee.Sorry, but true.Worth the company’s time to source a better tasting coffee that can compete with independent cafes as there is no next to no competition in the local vicinity.Am sure you’d notice a massive surge in sales if you did fix this.

Consistently poor service. Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. They have on occasion lied to us.We have a young child who loves to get a doughnut after the odd trip to kmart and the staff in no way tries to engage with him. They are cold, unsmiling and sour. Very unpleasant experiences.

The young lady who served us was extremely rude, we ordered two takeaway drinks and she made it an effort that I asked a question and rolled her eyes. She made us feelSo uncomfortable, also made us wait longer then people behind us, and the drinks we chucked in the bin, tasted like warm milk and disgusting!!! I star is to much
