Nice layout estate close to many things has its own cafe and hopefully plaza soon tooNice wetlands good size lots.Only negative may get to big and more traffic.Few other estates going up around the area.But still found less traffic than Sydney.

Unrealistic registration timeframes. Purchased a vacant block in late March 2022. Promised September 2022 registration due to the small development size (4 blocks). Continually delayed and still not registered in April 2023. Throughout the process Avid will place blame on a variety of external authorities. Most recently they attempted to blame Hunter Water for delaying the issuing of a Section 50 certificate. Upon further investigation, Avid had not even submitted an application for the certificate.

A pretty good place to live. I don't exactly enjoy how many trees are being chopped down (a few days ago trees were chopped down behind my house; it kicked up a lot of wood dust, a bit inconvenient), but there is a friendly community and nice parks.

Absolutely disgraceful. At the time of signing for our land they promised everything was on time and the land would be delivered within 9-10 months. Two weeks after we signed they told us their 6 month behind. A full year later we have been told the land is still several months away and all we are reciving are excuses.Avoid dealing with these snake oil merchants.

Great estate. Perfect community. Personally I liked the name Waterford County rather than Waterford Living.
