Incredible service. I was there talking to Tom for a good few hours each time and he was able to answer every question and worry i had no problem. Will be going back at some stage to get them to build me a custom water cooling rig. 10/10 would recommend going in and talking to the guys. :)

got my pc from them in 2019, and it froze whenever i played games so i brought it back to them twice to fix and they didnt even fix it, saying it should work fine but the issue was still happening and ive only just been able to fix it 3 years by myself and my brother which you think people who spend all day with pcs would be able to sort out a issue instead of 2 teenagers.

Absolutely amazing service, they were able to help me with a comprehensive list of exactly what I would need for a high quality gaming pc that they were able to order and receive in less than a month. They even built the PC for me and replaced a faulty part of my previous PC that I provided them for the build free of charge. Great place, and great people too.

Honestly the best computer store I've been to in the Illawarra they helped me and my mate with my computer even though it's old and we kept coming back they were very friendly and professional even not charging us just for questions and help where other stores would lie and rip us off for such things. They're very trustworthy and reliable. Staff treat you like you're their friends and provide excellent service I wouldn't go anywhere else.They've been there for a long time and for good reason. Appreciate all the help you gave us today and in the past.Miss the old ads honestly even if they were catchy.

After taking my computer to a store in Wollongong I had essentially 2 dead computers with bent cpu pins. With nothing to lose I gave both motherboards to Tommy to try and straighten out he and the boys have worked miracles and now both computers are working. Tommy and the guys at Computertown are fantastic I won’t be going anywhere else.
