Spent 2/3 weeks attempting to get in contact with William & the team about an apartment. After several ignored texts, calls, emails & a literal rental application, I've given up. A shame to see that cheaper properties get this little attention compared to the amazing reviews from sellers/expensive property renters.

Beware of this real estate company. I inspected a property with them then called to ask for the price guide (several times via phone and in person) for the property and they said a price guide of 1.3mil (possibly sell 1.4mil - 1.5mil). I spent money and time organizing and attending pest & building inspection only to hear (from owner directly!) that the property would not be sold unless they could get around the 2mil mark. Extremely unprofessional, not to mention the underquoting which is illegal.

Mitchell and his team from Wolf Property recently sold our townhouse at 15/74 Wardell Road in Earlwood. We interviewed the best agents in the suburb but Mitchells process to get the best price really stood out to us. We were so impressed with Mitchell's work ethic and advice throughout the whole campaign. We would often come home 30 minutes after our inspection was finished and Mitchell was still there with buyers. He took through over 130 buyers and the day before the auction he called and said he wanted to take through 3 new buyers who had never seen the house before at 7pm taking up his Friday night and didn't leave till very late. On the auction day is what really separates the Wolf team from the other agents. We could not believe there was 9 registrations and we watched the whole auction from the lounge room and saw Mitchell and the whole team extract every dollar from the buyers even after we saw the buyers say no and shake there heads numerous times to say they were not bidding anymore they walked upto them and convinced them to keep bidding till there was no more left to bid. They negotiated the best price for our family and the purchaser was a lady who Mitchell took through the day before and saw it for the very first time. We can not thank you and your team enough! If you are thinking of selling your property and you want an agent who cares about the sale price and doesn't just sell your house for a low price during the campaign then you have to sell with Mitchell and the Wolf Property team. Many will advise to go with local agents when selling your home as they know your suburb best. Based off our experience, working with Wolf Property Group we are glad we did not listen to this advice when selling our Roselands home.
