I employed the services of Pine Rivers Plumbing to fix a drainage problem I had. I explained and showed him what the problem was. After the work was completed I presumed it was fixed and I was charged over $2000 only to find when it rained nothing had been fixed. I called him and he came out and put a camera down the pipe only to find the old pipes were damaged and wanted to charge me again to fix the original issue - should have done this the first time. I am now left with a disconnected down pipe over $2000 out of pocket and the same drainage problem. I was called a liar and that I was trying to rip him off. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone

Our old hot water system broke down and we needed it replaced fast, it was winter and we didn't like the prospect of having to take cold showers.I called David in the morning and asked for a quote to replace and remove our old system. Dave said he could come over and replace the system in two days time, but in the mean time he could come around immediately and plumb into place a temporary portable hot water system until the new system arrived.We were working that day so would not be home but Dave was able to make it out to our place install the temporary system and by the time we got home from work we had hot water and more importantly a hot shower to come home to, now that's what I call service!In the following days Dave sourced the hot water system that he recommended for our family size, came over and installed it.I found David to be very professional and knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose a hot water system to meet our needs and budget. The workmanship on the plumbing was excellent, actually it was neater then the work done on our old heat pump system when the home was first built.Thanks for coming to the rescue David!

Dave became our plumber when our previous plumber retired. I am very impressed with his work and his promptness. In an emergency ... leaky hot water system eeeeeek!! He was there in an hour. Honest professional and very friendly You’ll love his work
