THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. LEAVE MESSAGES AND THEY DONT RETURN CALLS. WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SEEM TO LACK IT. ..SAD!!!!

Good friendly Staff that are allways helpful, however the opening times are ridiculous for people who work normal hours or run a business. Be great if they opened on Saturday like they used to! Then we won't have to take time off work to pick up our packages...

Another fine example of extreme incompetence from a Government run Monopoly. I dropped by around 9:20 this morning expecting some very important documents (Express Letter) to be advised that their Posties" had already been and gone. Ok

Never answer the phone, have been trying for several days to track down a package that may have been sent to the wrong post office. Travel restrictions mean I can't go to Warburton and they won't answer the phone. Customer service rating: 0

They don't use any phones, but to be fair they didn't mix up any of my deliveries especially in the pandemic..
