Best farm's stay in Victoria. Accommodation is really clean and comfortable. Enough space for parking. Great surrounding nature. Working farm with animals. Deb was fantastic and not only provided best possible service but also took us around the farm where we can see sheeps, cows. Showed sheering shed, wool, explained the process. We did have several trips around the land over 500 acres. Saw horses, ponies, goats. Deb extremely friendly and helpful. There is fire pit and good BBQ near the house. WiFi but no phone reception, however may be depends on provider. There's is great butcher in nearby Avoca around 15-20 min drive from the farm and IGA with basic stuff. Highly recommend to travel with children or just adults looking for calm rest.

Nice quite place on a farm. A little dated, but clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Dog friendly. Lovely hosts.

Good place to stay for families with small kids. Kids will enjoy playing with the farm animals. Very friendly hosts.

Excellent accommodation for the price with a super friendly host. Only got to meet the chickens but as we were exploring the mountains - no biggie. Great to have the bacon and egg breakfast cook your own in the price.

Absolutely awesome scenery. The owners Deb and Vin are great hosts and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Accommodation is spotless. Kids and Animal are welcome. Triple A rating
