Been several times and the roast meats are always dry as a bone, even with extra gravy it's too much. Lift your game guys, moist roasts are not hard to cook!

If the money I have been ripped off today is not refunded and somebody doesn't answe the phone to speak to me, I will be putting a complaint into an ombudsman. Im not impressed. Uncooked scalloped potato. Slow service. Insects in the spinach tray. Not at all fresh at 1.30 pm. Won't go there again.

Ive ordered 4 times from here. Their menu states roast vegetables comes with gravy. Ive even afded gravy to the notes to they dont forget. 3 out of 4 times they have ommited gravy. Terrible. Ive rung their number right away afterwards all 3 times to no pickup. If you order from here make sure to byo gravy.

Best fresh juices, delicious chicken avocado salad and fresh sandwiches and the option of a roast meal for lunch too. Yummy mini quiche are a great early morning breakfast snack with a watermelon and pineapple fresh juice ❤

First time coming here, I wasn't sure what to get so I just grabbed something off of the favourites menu, the person who served me, seemed new so they weren't sure what I wanted (which is fine btw). But, the service was very slow, they put minimal ingredients on my sandwich, the meat is dry as all hell, and wasn't very pleasant to eat at all.If you have new staff at least help them out, one sandwich shouldn't take one staff member the same amount of time as someone else who served 3.Next time, I'll go to Subway....

I have no idea what kind of sandwich chef franchise this is but my experience was shocking. The roast was cold, the service was 0, the very clear instructions provided just werent getting through, the staff need to retire.
