This is our local supermarket and it's great to shop at. The staff are always really helpful and the layout of the shop is great. There's been new self checkouts put in recently too and the stores been refitted, it looks great! We also noticed lots of the fridges now have doors on them which is great as less of the cold air escapes. They also have bag stands made from recycled plastic. We love the green initiatives! Thanks guys

This Coles was surprisingly well stocked! It was also reasonably well laid out, super clean and tidy and staff were smiling and helpful. I was shocked. The centre is half closed down and difficult to navigate with a trolley but not a bad spot.

Nor a good experience!! I took back a bottle of cheese spread that had gone off, the 3rd one I've had & got the 3rd degree... was it in the fridge , have you had it more than 14 days, the cost of the item $2.90 !!! I had already spoken to the Quality control person & was told to return it to the store, obviously no communication took place between the Quality people & the store, so you asked what I thought of the store.... s #*&^house...

I don't shop there often, as it is out of my way. The fruit and veg section seemed to have a variety of fresh produce as did bakery and deli section. Low stock in meat department and forget trying to get any goods advertised on special, all bare shelves.

Quite a lot of items/spots were empty and the new layout makes for a less than favourable experience. Coles in Moranbah is always stocked and their layout hasn't changed. Too many self service checkouts now
