Story House Early Learning Tarneit

My son has been going to Story House Early Learning since he was 3 months old. He is now a year old and i have always had a great experience. My son is well looked after and i do not have to worry. Tania, Nikka, Carolina, Courtney, Fantu, Wendy, Emily and all the other ladies at Story House have been amazing. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parents/caregivers. You will get daily updates on what your child is doing with pictures from the app along with what they ate, nappies etc. If they are any issues the ladies are prompt in letting you know. Everyone i have come across has been warm and lovely.

I can not find the words to describe how thankful we are for all the help and support during my daughter orientation week. She was scared, sad, crying and didn't want to separate from us.Lovely people went far and beyond to help. Even when I was about to give up they were encouraging us. Now she is happy to be there, thanks to all support.Communication is great, stuff is always friendly and provides us with feedback, food, playground....everything!

Very good care given by facilitators. Great communication, facilities, nutritious meals. My son struggled to get used to the child care initially but Sheveta went above and beyond to get him settled during his initial days. Also other carers like Sharandeep, Kirandeep, Tysha, Da Bo to name a few are all great, caring and passionate about the work. They do a lot of activities every month for keeping the children engaged. My son started asking me to take him to daycare even during his off days these days, this paints a picture of how happy he really is when he is in daycare. I always see the kids in the daycare really happy and smiling during my pick ups. I would gladly recommend this day care to my friends and family.This day care was recommended by a good friend of ours.

Very Unsatisfied experience with the centre! Don’t have control on the systems that they use! Charged heaps even after end of enrolment. I have not see that Centrelink took money back whatever your centre claiming. Don’t get 5 star by showing lucky draw or surprising gifts! It’s not worth it when you rip customer by showing off loop holes in legislation. If Centrelink took or deduct money back it should have sent me a letter. You can’t prove that Centrelink did this but direct debit lumpsum even after end of enrolment. I would have give negative rating for such treatment. Prove us that Centrelink took money back. You can take $1199 from me but will never good business if you guys keep on doing this.

My kids have been going to the Story house(East yellow/orange room) for awhile. My girl loves going there, she loves her teachers. She talks about what she did there, her friends and teacher so much. Also, my baby boy has a separation anxiety but he is good with his educators there. I can tell that they must have provided a good care for them.I am very satisfied with the service. My kids get to do a lot of activities such as art craft, drawing and dancing (I can see from daily photo). and a lot of outdoor playing which is necessary for my toddler girl as she has a lot of energy, and their outdoor area is spacious enough for my girl to explore. Furthermore, I can tell that they care about kids a lot. I was impressed by the way they comfort my baby boy that they asked me to provide the photos of our family and stuffs my kid likes, so they can show those photos when my baby is unsettled. By seeing those, I can tell them they always look for the way to provide best environment for kids. I am happy that I found right place for my kids.

Very happy with Story house early learning, specially with the staff and their commitment. I send my daughter with peace of mind, knowing she is well looked after.Thank you.

Staff at Story House is very professional and empathetic. They would tailor their service to meet the needs of individual kids for smooth transition from home to childcare. We being parents were very overwhelmed to commence but they were so great at providing us reassurances. She is all settled now and we can see that beautiful simle on her face during her time at Story House.

I have and always speak highly of SHEL Tarneit. From the initial tour to where my baby and i are now- all staff have been nothing short of amazing. Spacious rooms, great educators and much more. I feel so at ease putting my son in their care. Big thanks to Babies’ room educators and front staff. You have made my transition back to work easier.

My son has settled well and kudos to everyone involved to make him feel welcome and comfortable. We are so excited to see many improvements in our son routine after joining the centre.
