We walked in Ace shop in Crows Nest just for a product browsing, didn’t expect we would contract with them for our renovation project at the beginning. But Amir is so knowledgeable and be very patient with us, so then it turns into a very pleasant experience with Ace and they did an awesome job! I had my floor installed in 2016 and the ACE flooring team were great. The floor still looks great after 7 years.I had a recent cause to need to get a replacement step strip.That was no issue and Amir was extremely helpful to assist.Still a great team.

ACE Timber Floors recently replaced our old carpet and tiled floor/stairs with new engineered Spotted Gum flooring. ACE were well priced, and their workmanship was of a very high quality. They did an excellent job and the whole experience deserves a 5 Star rating. I would strongly recommend ACE Timber Floors and certainly use them again.

I was doing a small floor renovation job in my apartment.After visiting other flooring stores and being told that the job is too small (one room only) I came across ACE TIMBER FLOORS. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and understanding I received when I visited the showroom in Crow’s Nest. Amir really understood the brief and showcased an amazing know- how and product knowledge. He was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much or too little. He was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond and the selection of flooring is truly astonishing. An Amazing Experience!

From the first showroom visit to the last minute of installation, Ace Timber Floors were exceptional in every sense of the word. A genuine and honest quote with no surprises...I was given best and worst case scenarios because until the carpet was taken up, we didn't know what to expect with regard to how level the concrete would be. Extraordinary attention to detail and craftsmanship was a delight to observe. I feel very fortunately to have 'shopped around' and discovered this company. Great to deal with. Very helpful and provided some great insight when talking about engineered flooring. We made several trips to the store and were even given samples to test out. Very competitive rates (we only needed supply as our builder was doing the install) and delivered within a few days of the order being placed by the builder. Thanks Amir.
