I would really be careful purchasing a land from Elpis, as a vendor or a future vendor. I got my land of stage 6 purchased about 2.5 years guess what it’s still not titled. Everytime they give me a new date they delay it by 3-5 months, good area good spot but not reliable, if you are planing to live in it, make sure you get another singed contract or speak the council before you go a head. Shame on you Elpis, Very very disappointed!

I bought plot and built house here in 2019....great location, good government school on walking distance...lots of shopping center within 5 km....new additions 6 lane Leakes road, Alcock road connection, bus stop 152 route....estate is almost completed...property cost increased by 30% in last one year

Extremely poor, do not deal with this company. Also, their lawyers - Maddocks are arrogant and disrepectful.As soon as you agree to buy a lot from them, they are so helpful to get your business, but once it's done it is hell.Do not deal with EIG Developments, they are very bad.
