Beauty genesis rosebud

My friend and I came in to have our nails done and one of us had SNS the other Acrylic I was after basic Christmas nails with a Santa hat my friend got leaves with all fingers different colours to which she only paid $55!! I was charged $75 and it was originally only going to cost $60, then wanted cash when we could only pay card, they made a big deal and were very rude to other customers also rough. This did not leave a lasting impression. My nails look terrible and certainly not worth the money I paid for them!!10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Gently explained to the nail technician that my pointer finger nail was filed on one side more than the other and she became rough and rude after that. She tried to fix it but it got worse. Didn’t want to say anymore about it as i felt uncomfortable . Lost me for good.

Utterly abysmal experience. They kept telling people half an hour and then kept us all waiting for two because they just didn't want to say no. Women were coming in who had booked and were turned away for the same half hour because of their lack of saying no. So expensive and not worth half of what I paid. Awful.

Made a horrible mistake using this business. Wanted lovely nails for a very special occasion.Was talked into SNS with extensions, which I’ve never had before.The lady was very rough, my nail beds hurt, I was left with chunks under my nails and some of the nail shapes didn’t match each other and the french tip was wonky on other nails.Now that the SNS and extensions have been removed, my real nails are absolutely ruined having been ground down far too thin and will take many many months to recover.My extremely damaged nails look like those of someone who has had years and years of SNS. NOT someone who has only had them once in their life.Tried to show them the damage and talk to them, but weren’t interested.

I like how my nails turned out, the workers were really nice had really good conversations with them and would definitely come back to do my nails again

The older woman in the shop is no good at nails. She is incredibly rough last time she did my nails she made them bleed so bad that it kept rebleeding for a week and a half.This time when I went I tried to make sure that my nails were done by one of the other girls as they do a really wonderful job but the older woman became rude started swearing at me even though she thought I could not understand what she was saying.I normally spend $100 or more at a time at this store I will not be going back anymore.

Really friendly workers. Look just like how I show her.good price god service. $55 for sns good nail. But the girl that did my nail was Alittle too rough and does not take her time doing the shape but out of all turn out great at the end.
