Baskin-Robbins Success
I have been ordering from this store for a while now. I order online and get it delivered. For the last few months I have rarely been able to get the ice cream I requested but has been showing as available on their website . When the product is unavailable, I receive a phone call 20 to 40 minutes later after placing my order, to say it is not available (this happens often). My estimations of this store have really gone downhill.

Bought a regular take home pack about 3 weeks ago and was underweight but we didn't bother.Today we came back for another regular take home pack and its felt significantly lighter than last time. (see pic) 680g take home pack weights 518g instead.The store wasn't even busy, hopefully the staffs in this baskin branch get coached better.

Came in tonight and was served by a lovely young girl in blue shirt she was very informative about flavour suggestions and the ice cream I chose was lovely will definitely be back as I left she wished me a happy new year

Both girls in there tonight are slow and don’t have good customer service.. they were rude and both constantly starring and didn’t listen to what I had asked for.

I came in at 6:30pm on 11th September.One employee had another employee in a choke hold and she was screaming loud enough to hear it as we walked into the store. Get off me! Get off me!"As we walked in they both stopped.There was a group of young kids in the store who were also involved

One of our favorite. We buy 4 big tubs weekly. We tried two new flavors the pistachio almond and coconut. Yummilicious.

The girls that work here are never very friendly. My husband and I have come here a few times now, as it is on our way home from visiting family in the area. Every time we've come here, we are never greeted, the girls are always talking to each other for at least another minute before they serve us, and they just don't look very happy to be there. I've worked in hospitality/retail for 6 years and I've never had the attitude these girls have with customers. Only reason it has 2 stars instead of 1 is because the ice cream is always good.

Always quick and friendly service here from the team.The flavours are great and the serving sizes are very good. I think it is really good value.We always pop in here for desert after a meal out
