Ample free parking, many undercover. Clean shop, easy access and great for a quick visit or general groceries.

Attention manager/s- when you cancel someone’s click and collect order because you are under staffed, it means that funds to pay for the order are pending in their bank and not accessible by the customer for up to three days! In the current climate, with quickly rising interest rates, groceries already considerably more expensive than usual and sky rocketing fuel prices among other rising costs, this can leave a family… children… without essentials. I hope that when you do choose to cancel an order, you consider the impact you have had on a family. It doesn’t just mean having to go into the shops, it means going without a significant amount of money for up to three days. Consider hiring more staff so this doesn’t have to happen. It’s really not okay. Not at all.

Some staff are awesome. Others not so much. One lady wanted a man in a wheelchair to stand up because she isn't allowed to tell him what the cheapest cigarettes were. He just asked for the cheapest and she said name them. Or have a look. Very very disappointing.

Saturday 3/6/23. Great service again.Rummy on the self service checkouts should get a pay rise or employee of the year. He always up beat , and so helpful, makes everyone smile and laugh.Great service Rummy.

Disappointed, after calling and speaking to manager about accidentally purchasing wrong product, not having receipt but did have proof of purchase on my bank statement, which they should be able to bring up on their system to reprint receipt, not allowing me to exchange (didn’t want refund just same product, different flavour.) As if everything isn't expensive as it is, around this time of the year and then not be able to exchange within a reasonable amount of days over a simple mistake of purchasing the wrong ingredient, is ridiculous.

Literally the WORST click and collect on the northern Gold Coast! The lady running the clock and collect (blonde) it’s extremely rude when you call, not helpful and far from in a hurry with complete disregard for people’s time! This store is just pitiful, the Westfield Coles honestly have your order packed and in your car in minutes, and the Woolies is even better/faster! Boycott this store for click and collect they lack leadership and direction!

No service. All self service checkouts. Why? Surely one staff can serve customers in a check out. Not everyone is capable and it would seem staff arent really looking to help where it may be needed. P.s I don't care if you call me a Karen.
