Love the Chief O'Keeffe community and the variety of exercises - you never get bored! Estelle is motivational even on the gloomiest of days and does an amazing job of making sure everyone is looked after.

Estelle is an amazing trainer who makes showing up to sessions easy. I always finish class feeling like I've worked really hard and had a good laugh. She really knows her technique and adapts the sessions to fit with injuries and how you're body is feeling.

Estelle is a fabulous trainer - she has a deep physiological knowledge based on her own experience; her training regimes leverage this knowledge so that it is highly personalised and adapted to your physical needs, capabilities and areas for improvement and rehab; that said she is responsive and adaptive to how you are on the day; she is a great communicator describing the nexus between the exercise, your body and your well-being; she's also tough when she needs to be! Couldn't recommend her enough!

Chief O'Keeffe Training
Training with Estelle has been an essential part of my routine as we've come in and out of lockdown. I love the sessions at Victoria Park, however find the zoom workouts equally as challenging and achieveable outside or at home given the reliance on body weight and sometimes a bench or wall. Estelle provides great advice on improving technique (how has it taken 20 years for someone to correct me on these things?!), makes adjustments for those with injuries and is really motivating. I recommend Chief O'Keeffe for anybody wanting to challenge themselves and improve their fitness!

Chief O’Keefe (Estelle) is an incredible PT to train with! I absolutely love my sessions with her. I come from a very sporty background and am prone to injuries but training with Estelle I feel like she really pushes me but is very form focused. I feel like I’m getting stronger in a way that is sustainable. Estelle’s dance background has also helped with my flexibility which is something I’ve always wanted to work on. 100/10 would recommend training with her!

Fantastic PT! Estelle is a great trainer, the sessions at Chief O’Keeffe are a perfect mix of challenge to improve on fitness goals, and a friendly easy atmosphere where all are welcomed. Estelle has such impressive knowledge on fitness and how the body works. She’s great at motivating people to push themselves, but also gets that everyone has a different fitness journey and capabilities. Most importantly the sessions are FUN! Super recommend

Estelle is a really excellent trainer - knowledgeable, motivational, and sensitive to each individual’s needs. She pushes me hard but not too hard! As a result I have been very happy with progress in strength, tone, and endurance. Estelle uses a huge variety of exercises and activities so it never feels monotonous, and it’s also never awkward, even training one on one. She is very careful and precise with technique so it never feels like there’s a risk you’re going to injure yourself, and has an outstanding knowledge of muscles and movement and very clear way of describing what to do (and what not to do). I can’t recommend her highly enough - even if you’re starting out as a not-very-fit person!

Chief O'Keefe training sessions are dynamic and diverse, with a balanced variety of circuits to work different muscle groups. After Estelle's sessions, I feel greater muscular endurance, increased strength and more energised through working cardio. Estelle is supportive and motivating. She has expert knowledge in sports science and personal training and I trust her professional judgement when she is adjusting my form. She is passionate about creating a Chief O'Keefe community of people who are like-minded in their fitness goals. I look forward to ongoing training with Estelle because she has helped me big time with my fitness goals.

Estelle's classes are challenging, enjoyable and worth every cent. Estelle is an fantastic trainer and is determined to help me achieve my fitness goal. Estelle always ensures my techniques are correct to prevent any injury and she makes the sessions fun which makes it much easier to wake up in the early hours of the morning to attend! I thoroughly enjoy working in the outdoor environment and would recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
