Snooze Midland

I received very polite service upon entering Snooze Midland. Jayne's gentle, friendly and down to earth manner is what made my shopping experience for a new bed so enjoyable. She encouraged my daughter to test the bed and even got the okay from her 2ic on a lower price for me. I would highly recommended Snooze Midland to anyone looking for exceptional service when purchasing a new bed!

Wonderful!! Neat and tidy showroom with beautiful items. I went to buy a pillow and Jayne was fabulous. So experienced, she knew Immediately what would suit me best.She spent time with me and then let me decide for myself. THE place to go if you want anything to do with your bedroom.

I've been living in Perth for 10 years now and nowhere have I come across the level of service I received from Jayne at Snooze last weekend.  Friendly, efficient and professional, she went out of her way to assist us with a queen mattress that we needed last minute (when we discovered the mattress in our newly rented furnished apartment was less than adequate).  Without any fuss, Jayne was able to reshuffle her work orders and secure us a mattress so that we could sleep comfortably from the get go.  She was also able to offer us an extremely competitve price.  I highly recommend Snooze in Midland.  Their expertise and service is outstanding.

Great experience in store after finding the snooze deal online. Kids also loved playing hide and seek while we talked to the sales team, who were very helpful and understanding with our kids.Really quick delievery time as well which was great.

If I could gicve zero stars I would. I went into the shop looking for a new mattress. I really liked one and was pressured into putting a deposit on it of $200. It was the first shop I went in and I really wanted to look around at other stores. When I then changed my mind about the mattress and asked for my deposit back I was told I had to use it in store. I never went back or got my money back, but this pressure selling is disgusting and I will never go there again!

Fantastic experience. Richard the salesman was wonderful polite helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Followed up on all my queries.Phoned to give me dimensions for transport and made sure I had protective materials for transporting. Just great.

Jane was fantastic to deal with! She wasn't pushy about the sales like the other shops but was committed to finding the best fit and was honest when trying out the beds. Thank you for finding the right one!Also, she and her colleagues are down to earth people who obviously enjoy their work and got along well.

Terrible communcation regarding updates and order status. Ordered online at the end of May and have had to follow them up at every step of the way; including after they say they will call to let me know what's going on. Even when I follow up I got differing stories and the run around about what's happening.I STILL have not received all items from my order (late August now). I understand COVID is affecting things; but ignoring and leaving customers wondering what's going on is a poor strategy.In the meantime I have recieved open, efficient, and immediate updates and communication regarding furniture orders with a different furniture supplier. I was immediately informed of delays in manufacturing and shipping. Don't use Snooze if you like to know what's happening and why.

Would not buy from this company again. No communication from them regarding online order. And when you call hard to talk to anyone because they rarely answer the phone.

Got bed delivered and until the bed arrived we didn’t know there would be $99 delivery fee, and the guy had to drag the bed as his offsides wasn’t working.
