Car was difficult to locate as was parked in a shopping centre car park. Also if you hire for more than 3 hours and use your car to pick up the rental you'll have to pay the parking fee.

Great service , app based car hire .Very cheap compared to the competition and the ute was a Hilux with a large tray . Almost 70 dollars cheaper than Kennards ! For a 24 hour period . Also the bond was a lot less as well . Over the phone service was amazing as well

First time using and found it quite complicated (we were in a big hurry though). They take 200$ holding fee that doesn't get returned for 3+ days.There was no information on the paperwork stating where in the 3x multilevel carparks in the shopping centre the car was. It only have me there shopping centre address. I rang the booking number and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes until I spoke to operator who gave me more information.Having said all that, now that I've found my way through the process once, I would probably hire again through them.
