The website and quoting system is a bit of a joke. Their hourly prices are up on their website - all good, and when you send a form in for a quote they just copy and paste that list, which I understand... but whats the point of it? The book system is similarly confusing and doesn't seem to work, both online and over the phone. I booked a week in advance and was told that they would show between 12 and 3pm. Lo and behold they never show up and I never hear from them. Upon calling them to see what might be the delay I get an answering machine saying they close at 2pm on saturdays... so... why tell me they'd show up an hour after you've closed? Just seemed messy at every step of the way.
