Warning to buyers!! Land development is always delayed. Land might be cheap but the time they quote titles are delayed over a year or more. Extremely slow development so if you’re planning to build, don’t rely on the time frame the developers provide and secure a price for a building contract because you’ll either lose it or pay the builder for the delays. Think twice before purchasing here ..buy land elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed and put your money where you’ll get a return.. Stay away! You’ve been warned!!

If you are buying land in Maplewood. Beware of the time they quote you for title. Current delay in title is at least 8-10 months from what they quote. The developer is very lazy.

We bought a block of land in stage 4. The land title was delayed for 1 year. Sales always gave us unrealistic ETA (which is impossible ). They should have advised more realistic ETA for purchasers. Quite disappointing.

Do not put the deposit with them if you are not 100% sure buying with them. They may take 2 months to return your deposit in case if you don't proceed. I am disappointed with their service.

BEWARE - they sell land using wrong and misleading engineering plans, and it increases your building cost when builder does the soil report. Wont respond to the queries raised by builders.They dont wish to help the client
