Jay is professional, prompt in replying and honest. He always explains what work needs doing and provides detailed quotes and invoices. I took my Subaru to him to have the timing belt replaced and then drove home. When a problem cropped up the next day, Jay drove over 2 hours to where I live to check it out and rectified the slight issue it had, which was little more than my car being a drama queen. Jay didn't charge but wanted to make sure that my car was safe for me to drive, which I really appreciated. I returned to Jay to have my reversing camera replaced. The original had not been installed properly and had to be switched on manually. Not only was Jay half the price of Canberra auto techs, I no longer have to use it manually - I can put it in reverse and it just works as it's supposed to. Jay also provides a car and lifts if needed. I cannot recommend him more highly.
