I wish there were 12 star reviews. Because this is exactly what Active Fencing deserves. Chelsea and Martin were more than amazing to deal with, extremely responsive and passionate. They answered all queries in a timely manner. The process from start to finish was seamless. As you can see from the attached image, the fence work is second to none. Without a doubt the leader in the fencing industry in SA. Our fencer Jarrad has done a pristine job on our fence. We couldn’t recommend Active Fencing anymore if we tried. Price was also extremely competitive. What an unbelievable business.

Active Fencing & Retaining custom fabricated a beautiful side gate for our new home.From our initial meeting where we presented them with the ideas we had for the gate, they listened to us and came back with a few options before we finally settled on the final design. Nothing was too much trouble for them no matter how many questions we asked and how many times we changed our mind!We could not be happier with the gate in terms of quality and sturdiness and we could not fault their first rate customer service from all their employees and their staff on site who installed the gate.Will certainly be using Active Fencing & Retaining when we are ready to re-do all the fences around the house.

Active Fencing and Retaining have done an amazing job installing our retaining walls. We have walls up to 2m tall and the decorative sleepers really set it off. The team that worked on our walls were friendly, helpful and always updating us on the progress. Great family business and would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting decent quality retaining walls installed.

AFAR completed a retaining wall and fence along my boundary at my new house. The finished product is excellent and exactly what I asked for. The guys on-site were great to deal with and explained what they needed to do with certain issues as they came up. The guys on site even went above and beyond to install a small amount of fence in a gap that was created at the front of my neighbours property. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I didn't get informed that the job was going to start late. It would've been nice to be contacted so I knew what was happening. In saying that the job was completed just in time. Thanks Martin, Jamie and the team for your work.

Active were great to deal with for our picket fencing. Although you can tell they’re slammed with work (as is most of the industry), their communication was good in keeping us updated with our job. End result was money well spent. Would recommend.

Honestly the best retaining wall company in South Australia. From first contact right through completion the whole team including the office staff was there to help. Never did I feel uneasy and had a lack of trust and confidence as I have with other trades.I had retaining walls installed with some modification during the process. However the team provided a cost effective solution to keep my build on schedule rather than going for council approval again. I also requested temporary fencing and a fence pull down which again the team catered for a good price point.Simply brilliant and thank you for the service.
