Genuine, Honest and DedicatedThis is the third time my wife and I have worked with Trenton. We have bought and sold with Trenton and his team. We keep returning to Trenton because we value honesty and integrity, and that is exactly what Trenton delivers. Trenton is a people person, and more than just selling realestate, we really get the sense Trenton cares a great deal about us, and our story.Trenton's understanding of the local real estate market gave us a lot of confidence to sell when we did, and his honesty about the likely sale price when we wanted to sell 12 months earlier was spot on the money. Our house wasn't worth what we were hoping to get at the time, and he gave us the up front honest advice we needed. Once the market shifted we followed Trenton's advice to the letter and updated the paint, carpet, and landscaping, which delivered us spectacular results at auction time.Despite being so busy we never once felt like Trenton was squeezing us in, and we always had his fullest attention when needed. Trenton is also supported by an amazing team in the office who were not only always friendly, but also experts in their fields as well.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trenton and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Even͏ better the second time!I purchased with Trenton back in 2017 and was so impressed with the service that there was no question as to who I wanted to assist with my sale in 2023. Trenton, Nikki and Lila were incredible throughout the entire process. Firstly, the photos and marketing were excellent, and generated such a buzz on various social feeds that it caught the attention of Cam Sullings (Canberra's voice of real estate) who conducted a video review of the property as well. This created a huge amount of interest during the open homes and helped to get a number of excited and committed buyers to the auction.Communication throughout this process was amazing, with a really detailed emailed summary on all potential buyers issued after every open which I really appreciated. In the uncertain market at the end of 2022 with successive interest rates, the auction result was great, and the successful buyers were also a perfect fit for the home. Trenton's amazing level of service continued right through the settlement period, for both myself and the buyer, with regular updates and facilitation of handover and pre-settlement inspections. Concurrently buying a home via another agency, I saw first hand that this level of post-auction service provided by Trenton and his team is not as common as one would hope, and made me appreciate his professionalism, communication and attention-to-detail even more.I can honestly say that the entire listing/open-home/auction/settlement journey was an absolute pleasure, and I enjoyed every moment of it, confident in the fact that Trenton was doing everything he could to make the process as seamless as possible and achieve a great result. If I buy/sell a third time I will definitely be giving Trenton the task!

Trenton was very knowledgeable of the market, realistic about timelines and list prices and flexible with the selling strategy. After engaging Trenton I found both him and his administration team went above and beyond to ensure I knew what the process was, what was needed from me and when and as the sale progressed I felt very supported and informed through what can be a stressful process I completely trusted they had my best interest in mind.
