Staff come to clean my mother's home but did a half hearted job never dusting, leaving debris on floors and in corners and just haphazardly vacuumed around things. Mirrors were usually left smeared and most weeks the showers were not cleaned. If staff were asked to iron they would iron 3 items and spend most of the time talking.Staff were abusive toward my mother on two occasions and always wait until they think the elderly person is alone and then go back to the office telling lies to cover their bullying and abusive behaviour.If you want any gardening done by the gardening service, you can also forget that - they won't mow the lawn.Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Another example of wasted government money.
