As soon as I walked into this place the ladies were very rude and unkind. they constantly scolded me if I moved slightly and was very rough when doing my pedicure. This lady was pushing my feet into the water held a very tight grip onto my ankles and when I told her the water was really cold she glared at me.I could also tell that she was speaking about me to her colleague because they both kept staring at me up and down.I was not happy yet I still paid.I will not be coming back to this place

I loved this place so much ! Seriously one of the best in south west Sydney! The staff are so helpful and considerate and their customer service is at top level, I would come here again and againThanks ladies ❤️

Such a friendly and happy atmosphere. Been coming here for years Staff are friendly and accommodate my requests when I want something different. Always happy with their work, nails always look good. Also do good stiletto nails, nice and sharp!

The ladies here were very nice and clear about pricing/ additional costs before I got anything done. I had an acrylic set with extra diamond gems ($65). She was very patient when I asked to reshape and cut nails shorter. My nails are beautiful! Would recommend this place!

Disgusting.I’ve been here a handful of times previously and was often treated with standard customer service. I went less than a week ago for a simple manicure. I was the only customer in the salon (says a lot), and still had to wait over 15 minutes while two staff members did each other’s nails. Eventually one came to do mine, she never greeted me, never spoke to me. Just threw the colour samples at me and got on with the most horrendous manicure I’ve ever had. I went in with healthy strong nails, and came out with extremely thin and fragile nails. It’s been less than a week and the paint is chipped, and nails are all broken from being filed so thin. There’s a million other nail salons in the centre that charge a lot less for a significantly better job.

All the ladies are so respectful and fun to chat with. The quality of the service is impeccable and is priced reasonably. Cindy and Anna do an amazing job and never fail to make us feel like royalty. These ladies deal with so many nasty people and yet they still smile and deliver high quality services :)

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my nails and toes. At the place one of the nails technicians were getting scolded as she was doing my nails. During the pedicure I had several cuts and the cleaning and everything else was not up to par. During acrylics I was told I was getting charged extra. The nail job is horrible. Got it done a few days ago and nail fell off. Also glue near my nail cuticles. Its just a quick and fast way for them to make money. $140 is overpriced for the quality of work done.
