SitDropStay is by far the best for holistically educating everyone including our 14mth old husky. We were concerned about her behaviour becoming more aggressive. She just about had full run of the house and we didn't realise. Even the initial contact with Emma was encouraging and affirming that we had found the best educator/whisperer. No other trainers seemed to hit the mark for what we needed with our husky. Once George enlightened us to our behaviour, our little husky dramatically changed her behaviour right in front of our eyes. No pulling on a walk. No bouncing all over the house and furniture. No fights to leave the kitchen. No pushing through the doors to go first. George was very present, calm and reassuring with all of us. Rare to have such a high calibre specialist come to your home where a much more realistic assessment of environment, people and dog behaviour can occur. He also knew which tools were best for our situation and taught us how to apply them correctly and consistently.We are still in awe of the changes in our puppy - because George taught us how to connect with her and take lead. Don't waste your money on 'classes' that are generic for dog behaviour. George walked into our house on a positive cloud of Authority and Confidence - and Archie, our one year old golden retriever, 'got it', immediately! No more jumping up at people, no more pulling on the lead, no more not coming when called. George's suggestions for diet change even cut down the amount of rubbish Archie consumes. A visit away to friend's with the new improved Archie was an absolute delight. He did not put a foot wrong and we were so proud of him. I contacted SitDropStay as I was struggling with my fur-baby's behaviour. George has been helping us understand and manage a young JR whom has a mind view of being the boss of the house. The inhouse training sessions have been beneficial as this is the natural setting of the dog's behaviour. The strategies have been extremely effective because George has observed and identified the psychological cause for the problematic behaviours. My dog's behaviour is improving (without using treats) and I am also improving as the pack leader. I still have some learning to do. So I have arranged follow-up sessions and this has been great for assessing and for building on the training framework. I will continue these sessions as required as I find the guidance beneficial to us reaching our goal - happy owner, an obedient happy dog in a stress free environment for all of us.HIGHLY RECOMMEND & Thankyou George. I am such a big fan of the work that George and Co. do! I tend to be a softer personality, and without George’s help I would have dogs that walk all over me… probably quite literally! I have had George out to visit at home on two separate occasions for two different dogs, and I highly recommend him for his professionalism, availability, integrity and expertise. WOW! We contacted George regarding our 18 month Labrador who had issues controlling himself around people and other dogs, pulling on the lead etc. after only 1 session with George he was like a different dog. George gave me the correct knowledge and tools to be able to control and be confident controlling such a strong dog.
