The Fitness Factory provides amazing workouts with so much variety and a super supportive and welcoming environment. Taneka and all the trainers are so lovely and knowledgeable!!

cannot recommend the fitness factory by Taneka more. It holds such a supportive and creative environment with 3 amazing trainers. Not only are the trainers always offering support but the people that come to the factory are always there for encouragement and willing to help everyone out if needed. Anyone looking for a friendly, creative and supportive environment around the gym should definitely come here!

The Fitness Factory
Taneka’s gym is the most supportive gym I've been to. The environment walking in, the members cheering you on and the PT’s all taking the time to get to know you and your body/injuries. There is a variety of times & classes, a children’s quiet/play corner and even a sauna to use upstairs. My favourite class is the stronger one - its great because you can go at your own pace but also have the support of a PT right there to help if you need it along the way.

Highly recommend the fitness factory by Taneka to any person of any fitness level. The trainers have created such a welcoming, friendly and positive environment for everyone! Not only have they drastically helped me improve my physical health, but through challenges and continuous support my mental health has also improved.The vibes at the factory are always good & I could not recommend it more!

I highly recommend the Fitness Factory by Taneka to everyone! The environment is so positive, encouraging, fun and supportive! My confidence has grown so much since joining the fitness factory, the trainers are absolutely amazing and I can always ask for help with any exercise when I need. There is no judgement from anyone! The trainers and other members are so friendly! Could not recommend any more. Absolute amazing environment.

The Fitness Factory is the most amazing and supportive environment to train in! Taneka and the other trainers are incredible, you’re always greeted with a smile, and you feel apart of an amazing community! I could not recommend the fitness factory more highly!

The Fitness Factory
Taneka has created the perfect environment for group classes, personal training and overall community at The Fitness Factory. I never feel more empowered, strong and positive than I do when I go to a class or have a PT session. I used to feel so uneasy going into any old gym, but at TFF I feel welcomed with open arms. Taneka, Lily and Holly are absolute experts and I trust my health and fitness with them explicitly. Highly highly highly recommend.
