If you are looking for a building surveyor that is guaranteed to cross every 'T' and dot every 'i', look no further than Builde. We were taken care of by Angelo Kydas and I could not have asked for a more helpful building surveyor. Nothing was ever too much and Angelo has an extraordinarily strong knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations. He was able to guide us through the process of obtaining a building permit for a two story residential dwelling even though we had no previous experiance in building.Strongly recommended for those that want the job done properly.

Our experience as clients working with Builde was excellent. From the reception staff who were always reliable to the Technical staff such as Darcy who were always available to answer questions, give accurate advise and support and who understood the challenges of the building process on a daily level. On occasions we needed pivotal changes made quickly and Darcy offered consultation help that was friendly and highly responsive.Definitely recommend the Builde team.

Darcy and the Builde team were amazing to deal with in every aspect and we feel lucky to have had them work on our property. From the very beginning no question was to big or small, I always felt I could turn to Darcy for anything even if it was just advice. He was instrumental in us completing our permit and being issued with the final certificate. Honestly if you are tossing up between who to pick to complete your permit, it MUST be Builde.
