Far from impressed at discriminatory opinion questions, and personal opinions of Fathers. Treat them nicely? I think not, but that's also my opinion. Do not interact with them. You are not required to, even if you think you're doing the right thing, or as they direct you to. Seek legal help. Remain silent. Anything you say will be documented against you in their own wording, and interpretation then used to subjugate Fathers as gospel evidence, including reports from other Women or those with a malicious vendetta, which can also be false.
