The place sells everything sewing at low prices, and it is not an overwhelming shop run by a couple that loves sewing. It is super friendly. I recommend it since it’s cheaper and much less confusing and overwhelming then your big sewing shops like spotlightAll though I don’t recommend the classes with my experience with it and the lady being quite rude to me, I have a learning disability and gets confused easily, and the lady was not understanding and would yell at me for things I didn’t do

I went in for a one on one lesson for my new overlocker and left feeling much better than when I went in. The wonderful person I had for my lesson was amazing at explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable and confident in what I needed to do. All my questions were answered and when there was a minor issue with my machine it was fixed on the spot. This sewing centre is definitely a hidden gem and I cannot fault the service I received. I will definitely be returning ☺️

Very good experience on the whole. However, the lady who runs the place was quite snappy when I entered the place and not warm at all. However, her hubby quite the opposite and very helpful. Some older people take time in warming up to diversity I suppose.

We bought our brother machine from here. Great service ,good quality products and personalised service... no attempt at all to push a higher cost machine on us. Gave us a model that was suited to our level of experience. Added bonus was the offer to attend a workshop on usage. Will always go back to this family business cheers

Well worth the drive, I live NOR, but wouldn't take my Brother Machine anywhere else, Steve the technician is the best, he knows the Brother machines inside out...Highly recommended

Hi,Cockburn Sewing Centre has a very poor after sale support. I called today and was talking with (so called) owner and she was not listening to me first.We purchased machine Brother NS 10 and speed was very slow. Even from the machine we purchased in 250 dollars Brother 2125.We were interested either they change or refund but the lady was extremely rude and was not listening to me at all. I first time noticed this type of attitude of any company here in Perth. Very strange. I will never go to Cockburn Sewing Centre again.
