My mum and I dined here tonight and were both absolutely shocked by the staff and service. We ordered mocktails as we can’t drink for health reasons and drivers license restrictions. When the drinks were served, they appeared to taste like they contained alcohol. We asked the waitress to the confirm that they were non alcoholic, to which she responded “yes”. After some time, we both felt affected by alcohol, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we went up to pay, we had been charged for two cocktails, confirming our suspicions. The staff member (I think she was the manager) taking our payment displayed little to no concern. We obviously refused to pay for the cocktails but were offered no discount on the rest of the bill. There was no apology offered however she did say “I have no idea what to say” which is completely inadequate. Very disappointing, as we made her aware this could affect our health. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I was completely shocked by this experience and will never recommend this place again.

Really good restaurant. Food is awesome. Every component of the dishes are done consistently well. Orders comes out quick. Good value and good service.

The selection of food is absolutely amazing and perfectly chosen for variety of pallets. Food itself is very delicious, appropriately portioned and well priced. Drink selection is also very good including some hard to find beers from Japan. There's a variety of dishes for vegans as well.

Visited this restaurant a short while ago. Prior to visiting the place I called and made a reservation. Nancy, the lady who spoke with me on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. When the three of us went there we were promptly shown to our table and presented with the menus. The service was quick, efficient and the young lady waiting on us was friendly and pleasant. We just ordered some soft drinks and a few different dishes. Nancy came by to greet us and we learnt from her that the restaurant served a kind of Hawaiian/Japanese fusion cuisine. The food came out quickly and the portions were quite generous. Looking around, we noticed that the place was full of diners who all seemed to be having a good time. The ambience of the restaurant was nice and cozy. Definitely a place to recommend for anyone looking for a good feed in a laid back environment.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Substandard food. Massive tomato chunks, corn and cabbage like out of a can. I had the chargrilled chicken in the past as well but this one was awful. People who order online, still have taste buds and pay as well to deserve good quality food. Please think before serving this kind of disgusting food, not happy at all with the food.

Beach Bum at Brighton were absolutely fantastic! They were so accommodating when it came to hosting our large group for a milestone birthday. They were happy for us to set up even before opening hours, offered to extend happy hour for our group and even sent my finance and I home with free meal vouchers! Everyone really enjoyed the food and can't stop talking about the great experience. Would certainly recommend for meal out and if you want to celebrate something special.

Amazing food and friendly service! They have Friday and Saturday $12 cocktail hour from 5-7pm too. We went back twice in one week. Good quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back again!

Service was fantastic. We were seated promptly and ordered the banquet for two people $36 each. The food came out very fast and was delicious. Crispy chicken wings were spot on and the dumplings were also. Mains were again tasty with the Mexican balls a favourite. Plenty of food for 2, we ended up taking some home. Will be going back for sure

Absolutely delicious food, I cant judge on atmosphere because I had food delivered but the food, for delivered food it is awesome. The service seemed really lovely, I had to call with dietary needs, and they were super polite and helpful. 100% would recommend this restaurant, so good!!!!
