Went to Woden store on Monday 21/3 2022 to buy a pair of shoes and was served by Matt who was very professional, knowledegable & friendly. Bought one pair and ordered a second pair.. Thanks Matt for the pleasant telephone call advising of their arrival today, in your store.

Clean friendly store. My mother was served by a nice young man who was most honest and kind. We asked about specials and price matching but he was so good and friendly we happily bought exactly what mum wanted and will be back next year :)

I have bought many pairs of shoes from several stores over the years - always from Athletes Foot. The service has always been excellent. I am a diabetic and have always accepted the advice of usually knowledgable staff regarding suitable footwear.Today I went into the Woden store to purchase a pair of Ascent Geelong size US9. The female assistant looked at the stand of shoes and said 'I'm not sure which ones they are'. She went out the back and advised that she only had size 11. I asked her when the shoes might be in store. She told me that they usually arrive early each week. Not very helpful.Considering that I knew specifically what shoes I wanted to buy, I would have expected her to take my contact details for when they did arrive. She didn't. I think she needs some further training and both product knowledge and customer service.

Such great customer service from all the employees. Made me feel very welcome. They were so helpful and did a great job. My size wasn't available but they put some on hold for me at the Tuggeranong store who were fantastic also.Thank you to everyone!

Went there yesterday to buy some properly built shoes and was served by Rachel. She was so lovely and helpful throughout the fitting, allowing me to buy one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes in my wardrobe. Thankyou so much Rachel and Woden team!!!

Ben was quick and professional. Excellent service and skillfully multi-tasked helping me while tidying up the area to keep the store running in a busy time period.
