Grills On Wills
Grills on Wills is a great when ordered by Uber Eats or food delivery, but I was quite upset in person. The first time I ordered food for delivery i got an amazing Chicken salad, it was fairly priced and arrived quickly.However today I went in person, the first thing I see is staff just hanging around and when I look at the salad bar (completely enclosed) there were flies all over the food. It was over the salads and other items in there. When I pointed it out to a staff member, I was surprised by the poor customer service as it seem she simply didn't care. She waved off some flies and then closed the glass again with flies still in there.It's quite unfortunate because the food itself was quite nice and very decently priced, but I'm simply appaled at their terrible hygiene (especially during COVID19), their poor customer service, and disregard for customers and their safety.So I would highly advise against going to Grills on Wills while they show such little regard for their customers.

I’ve had to alter my previous review. This otherwise excellent corner store, which is not on the corner, is the pride of the local shopping centre. I often shop here for a burger, or fish and chips. It has recently come to my attention that the 30-40% of chips appear to by recooked. And that they OVER cook anything battered. I received them very brown, not a light golden colour, with many of the chips dried out and have no potato substance left in them. This has only happened recently- in the last 3-4 months.The burgers are still fantastic however.Normally, I ask my food to be cooked in a particular way and the staff always excels and are only too happy to accommodate my wishes. This latest issue with the cooking of chips or battered fish cocktails is disappointing.The store is amazing with always fresh food clean and clear counter tops and serving windows, it is a star or cut above the rest. I cannot recommended it too highly.

Our favourite local take away shop with the best schnitzel rolls and chips EVER! Friendly staff who will always greet you with their familiar smiling faces. The line out the door speaks for itself!!!

Grills has always been a fantastic place for a quick take-away meal.Burgers are big and they use top quality ingredients, no fillers, additives or chemicals in their food.Customer service is always spot on too!Happy to have a local take-away" with good old fashioned service and great food.Been asked to update this review... STILL my local go to Burger shop. Not had another that can compare. There are plenty of "niche" burger places around now but honestly...I don't want to pay $20+ for a basic burger

Got the $10 works burger. Good burger and worth the money.Nice fresh bun and good size patty. Held together well. Friendly staff.Recommend.4 stars because 50c surcharge on eftpos under $10, otherwise 5 stars.

Love Grills! Always fresh and tasty. I have never come across a chicken shop of this standard and I guess that’s why it’s so well known in the Shire. Even better is I get greeted by the friendliest staff and owner which makes my weekend. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Went there for the first time today and selected a Works Burger. Fantastic!!!!! Great value for money at $10 and we certainly didn’t need chips as well. Staff were lovely and shop very clean and inviting. Will definitely return in the very near future to try something else on their menu.
