At 12.45 pm on Thursday the 27th October 2022 went to the counter to order a lunch meal for my wife and I only to wait in line to be finally notified sirry no more meals as the kithen is closed and we were turned away along with the young fellow with the shoulder lenght hair needs an education in customer service he was nothing short of being rude

It seems to be the hang out for the local older folks in Baccus Marsh and it might be all right if you only order a takeaway coffee. However, we didn’t have a good experience at this cafe on our way to Halls Gap. We waited more than 30min for our food while the place didn’t seem to be busy at all. The sweet potatoes were nearly burnt. We ordered the chicken and sweet potato salad, which hardly had any dressing on it. The service was really bad too. Staff didn’t seem to care much.

Long wait time. I was supposed to get my food in 30mins as the staff mentioned during the order taking. However, I get my food pretty late and waited about 45 minutes instead of 30mins. I was unable to apply my coupon from the coffee club app.The coffee needs to be improved, it didn't taste as good as I used to get before.

I understand being short staff due to the pandemic, but I sat down for a coffee, the table was dirty, When I was served my coffee i asked the girl if she could please wipe my table, she gave me a dirty look & said “you could have sat somewhere else. So rude.

The no organisation club.Staff had no idea at allThe wait time was very long. 6 of 7 tables were filthy had not been prepared for new customers. Very disappointed. Food terrible. Coffee burnt.
