Jamie was very professional and provided heaps of additional detail about the scope of works required, answering questions and helped me understand exactly what happened and what needed to be fixed. Took the time to keep me up-to-date on his availability (was a stormy week, so jobs had been delayed) and gave me plenty of notice for a slight delay for attending my property. Jamie and Phil from TrueFlow Roof Restorations did a fantastic job with replacing our old rusty corrugated iron roof with a new shiny colourbond roof.Their knowledge about roofing standards and requirements was very in depth and they knew exactly what they were doing. We had 2 exhaust fans installed at the same time and they worked along with the sparkie to ensure a safe and reliable install.Jamie provided us with a few different quotes with options for materials to use, so we were able to find a solution which fit our budget. The price was very competitive and included all items needed for our brand new roof.Jamie and Phil literally put a roof over our heads and we can't thank them enough. They had a high level of professionalism and always kept us updated with how things were progressing. Every evening before they left they would give us an update of what was completed and what the plan was for the next day. They were always on time and were very courteous.Jamie and Phil were genuinely passionate about the roof installation and worked on our roof as if they were doing it for their own houses, with care and accuracy. Our Upwey job involved redoing a flat roof with clerestory windows that had repeatedly leaked and been patched-up for 40 years, without success, due to poor original design and implementation. We didn't just want a new roof; we wanted a high-performing one. Many plumbers looked at the complexity and were put off quoting, so we realised it was a difficult case. Jamie surprised us with his confidence that he could redo it, no problem. He re-pitched the roof and worked out better flashings for problem areas. He was patient while I put in new cabling and insulation, and we sealed up gaps for air-tightness. I have waited a year to see how the roof has performed, and I am pleased to report that it hasn't leaked once and has improved the comfort level in the house greatly. Jamie was also well-organised, neat and efficient in his work. 5 well-earned stars!
