I have seen three different physios here over the last few years for multiple sporting injuries and pains, and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. The highest level of professionalism is shown by all staff. The administration staff are amazing to communicate with, and all of the physios have really taken the time to work through the issues with me and create realistic and manageable solutions.

I’m over the moon with PhysioPhix Toukley. I found their staff to be very professional. I can’t thank John enough for helping me with my debilitating Vertigo. To my surprise, even after my first visit, I found enormous relief. At last, someone who is patient and willing to listen to you and discuss and explain things to you. This is so important to me and augers well for a good result and recovery. The Admin staff are delightful and very caring. PhysioPhix will now be my go-to physio should I need assistance in the future. Thank you all so much, once again.

Worst Physio I've ever been 2 & I've been going 2 them 4 30 odd yrs, misinformation from reception, inadequate treatment of Arthritic & Meralgia Paresthetica, made me worse was suppose to C an Exercise Physiologist 4 Gym & Hydro they gave a young Physio who is clueless, 1st time I went he did not ask 4 x-rays talked 4 10min then into the gym, laid up 4 2 weeks afterwith pain did feel better than before then it's been ages after I complained of pain the 1st time now trying to recover from another session of Gym, no chance 2 go 2 Hydro alway in terrible pain, never will go back John who owns it dosen't seem to concerned about my health I'm an NDIS client

The reception staff are incredible, friendly, and kind and I used to see a physio here once a week for a year and he was amazing.He left recently so I saw one of their other physios, the director, and found him to be abrupt, uncaring and didn't listen.I would not recommend coming here is you have chronic pain/conditions.
