Russell, was a peasure to have on site; nothing is too much trouble for this guy. He does quality work at a vrey reasonable price and if he says he's going to be there at certain time, then he is. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else or have him to my house

Russell replaced all our gutters and repainted the whole roof. He also installed the gutter guards, a rainhead, flashing and downpipe as part of the job. His quotes were very professional and responded in a timely manner. Price was reasonable as well. The job took longer than expected by about 2 weeks, working around the rainy weather. Overall, we are happy with the work done and would recommend Russell as he would go above and beyond with the job.Update: Don't trust his warranty. Not two years in, and the roof is leaking. After multiple attempts to contact him, he finally came to inspect the problem and couldn't find the fault. He recommended an expert who came and said that a downpipe (previously removed by Russell) is needed to drain the rainwater there. Russell told me last time that the downpipe wasn't needed and removed it. So, I try to contact Russell again, and of course, I get no reply. Fix it, Russell, and I will update the review again.

Advised things that might need done to resolve leaking issue with my gutters. Once job completed left mess in my back yard. Also the next day noticed several leaks so I called him. Didn't take responsibility. Advised I was whining after I told him what to do. I said to him, your an expert in gutters why didn't you make suggestions to resolve the gutter leaking issue. He said it's not his job, I don't give opinions, you didn't ask me, i do what im told. I was shocked, your job is to provide your customers the right resolution to the issue. He then said to me it's like you buying some knickers and returning them for pants at the shops. Which was very strange. I told him well if the knickers don't do the job I have no option but to return them to get something that will fit the purpose. Never met someone o rude before.

Excellent job. I am very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this company
