Jason the owner was so polite and professional. They were so busy but went out of his way to help me as I was passing through. Needed a check on secondary battery which I ended up needing a new one. I can’t thank him enough

Spoke with Tiarna on the phone and she was quite blunt and rude in telling me that they don't offer a pre-purchase inspection service when buying a used car (which is fine) but also that they aren't willing to do anything of the sort. All I was after is a professional opinion on a vehicle I'm about to purchase and they're not interested in me paying for their services in this regard. Not a good first impression.

Thanks for the work and appreciate the honesty Jason has as a business owner. Gave me a call in his own time to clarify things I was unsure with and thank him for taking the time to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend Jason and the lads at Moores mechanical and electrical.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had on my car. I’m not sure they even looked at my car let alone serviced it.I asked them to check on my brake pads amongst a few other things and if they could let me know if there was any problems or anything else I may need to know. Upon pick up they said there were no issues and I had nothing to worry about.I left happy.Two weeks later when I went elsewhere to get a RWC I was told only had a MONTH left in my brake pads and there was the beginning of an oil leak coming on.They also mentioned that if I’ve had my car so recently serviced that they would and should have picked up on these issues - especially when I asked them to check on my brake pads.Going to Moore’s was a waste of money and a waste of my time.Would never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Had an issue with my car, drove from Newcastle to their shop in Singleton and I'd gladly make the trip again. Best customer service I've received from an auto electrician. Didn't try to rip me off like a lot of other places do. Definitely hit these guys up if you have an issue.

Jason from Moore's was a lifesaver. My alternator let me down and I was stranded just outside Singleton. Got towed to Moore's as recommended by the NRMA and wasn't disappointed. The price for the replacement was fair, and although I thought I needed a new battery as well, Jason saved me by saying the battery was still good to go. I trust this business and Jason, so if I could have given them 10 stars I would have.

We have been using these guys for almost 20yrs, Jason and his team are always very polite and helpful. They have been able to solve any electrical issues we've had on our trucks and light vehicles. If we have any automotive problems, we try them first !Repairs are done at reasonable prices and are not inflated just because we live in a mining town, no need to shop out of town when you have these fellow's in town.If You need help, try them first !

I have had my Hydundi Getz serviced here 3 times very happy with the service,they let me know if something needs fixing but not straight away,very honest.I would highly recommend Moores Auto
