Mark from Kozona, what an absolute legend! Very helpful with all my questions before buying..This home gym cable machine is unreal, well built in my opinion. Shipped to me in Brisbane in good time. Machine is great machine, i like how i can add extra weight to go even heavier than other machines, Mark came down and set the machine up by himself and took the rubbish away, save me alot of trips to the tip he also polish some metal to make it looks nicer free of charge which was great!! He came down on a Sunday and set the machine up and work with my schedule, very friendly and great to deal with, thanks mark love the machine!!

Mark was great to deal with via messages and in person. He helped load the heavy equipment into my trailer and gave me an in depth tutorial of how to put the cable machine together. The YouTube tutorial he made was very handy when putting the machine together also. The machine is very good value for money and it's been great to do heaps of varying exercises on the one machine. Thanks again Mark!

I pre-ordered a stair master at the start of last year, Mark was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable in the pre order process, because $3,000 is a lot, but so glad i did pre order it he saved me over $2,000 compared to everything else at the time. The machine was delayed but he kept me in the loop. Thank you mark hope to get a model 3 cable machine soon!! Sorry it took so long to give a review, I've been busy busy busy.

Amazing! A gentleman and quick turnaround. Always available for questions and put together neatly as well. Definitely recommend don't jump on the normal websites for gym equipment. Choose Mark from Kozona! Will be buying again soon

Mark from Kozona was great and his products are really good quality. I got 2 of the 40kg adjustable dumbbells and they have been really good. I can't fault them at all. Mark was very knowledgeable about the gym equipment and was able to give me advice on the best equipment. I will definitely be buying from and recommending Kozona to my friends and family.

Service was very professional when I was having trouble mark came over straight away and fixed my problem if I get stuck and need help ill ring mark and straight away he gives me the right advice if I have to buy more weight stuff again want hasitate to buy off mark again
