Never waste the money to join this GYM. I read so many reviews before joining thats why bought a Groupon voucher to try it. Was there for yoga class at 11:50. The class was at 12pm. No one open the door. Try ring the bell no one answer. Ring the mobile no they said the reception should be there i said no one picking up the phone and open the door. I am here for yoga class and the class is at 12pm.Then she changed and said the reception close at 11. I said no it mentioned clearly 9-12 on the slide door and i am here. Anyway no one bother to open the door either no one was there. How can you do these to clients?? Very bad Service.Thanks to my friends who suggested me to try before joining.WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Honestly skip out on this and drive the extra little bit for the Browns Plains club instead. The best thing about this club was that it’s always quiet, if you like to work out alone. Other than that, I would strongly suggest checking out a different Fernwood before committing.

Massive rip off - then when they closed the gym they made me pay for an extra month after the gym closed down and made me pay $80 for the key tag they told me not to return. Would never return to one of these clubs.
