Beauty Genesis - Greensborough

Had a spa pedicure today. Very poor quality, messy and more than 2 hours after my pedicure the nail polish was still wet (and smudged) and I have small cuts on almost every toe. Would 100% not recommend

Unfortunately the nail tech caused quite some damage to one of my nail beds with her electric file. Most of my nail beds are inflamed now. Very painful, won’t be back..

horrible experiencei arrived and asked if they had the colour i wanted in which i was told they do but i had to search for it myself. i was left in the chair for 30 minutes before starting. one of my toes was cut and left with dry blood after cutting my toe nails and massaging my legs they then told me they do not have the colour i wanted. staff was very rude

What a disgrace of a nail salon. Do yourself a favour avoid this place plenty of other choices in greensborough. Had my nails done this morning 1.5 hours later the nail polish was still wet when i rang it was my fault and was told i should of been more careful and he refused to fix. Has no eftpos machine so avoid paying taxes. Was lying through his teeth to not take responsibility and now im at work fixing them myself. The staff are very rude.

The girl who did my pedicure was really nice, my nails look great and the staff that interacted with me were nice and I’ll definitely be back for when I’d like my nails done

Nails okay but the lady who did my nails was very rude she yelled at me when I went to show her want I wanted also I could not understand her at all but I do love my nails and if you do go there ask 4 the man who works there he is so nice a grate at nails

The lady was very nice and tried hard to make conversation through out the appointment. I had a pedicure and manicure and lash tint.The pedicure was nice but unfortunately a little cut on my toe happen. It was pretty sore and I had to use antiseptic at home as I was worried it would become infected. The nail colour was done to perfection though!Manicure - SNS. The lady worked really hard to get them shaped just like the photo I showed her and even suggested a better tint of the colour I originally choose. Nails looked great.Lash tint - looks good but service wise… it was a bit stressful to keep eyes close while people were coming in and out of the room. I had placed my wallet on the sink thinking it would be a private room while the service happened. If they’re going to have people come in and out this should be communicated with customers so they can feel comfortable where they leave their belongings.Overall a good experience but just need a few tweaks

Got shellac At 5pm Xmas rave by midday Christmas they had all chipped. I went back in and the guy behind the counter told me it was my fault I work too hard, not sure how he knows what I had been doing but anyway. They fixed them, tried to charge me again and low and behold the next day the new set were all chipped. The products they use are cheap and no good for your nails and the level of service is near non existent. Don’t waste your time, try and find a salon with good products.

Very poor attitude and customer service. Lack of English communication. Not professional and no manners. When I show the girl who did my nails , her poor quality work, she said that’s the way she does it! She got upset with me when showed her that my nails lengths and shapes are different on every single finger. No apologies offered. Reported them to a few government departments for misconduct

My nails look beautiful they did a great job, exactly what i asked for. However lack of English communication, and some of the workers we're rude.
