Just the best. I needed a new hairdresser and Lily Jackson was recommended to me. Darcy is AMAZING. He is fabulous at both cut (especially curly hair) and colour. The whole salon experience is excellent - the staff are lovely, you are welcomed with tea, coffee (or a cheeky wine) - and you have one-on-one attention during your appointment rather than being shuffled around for hours like in some of the larger salons. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I've finally found a hairdresser who knows how to handle curly hair! Absolutely over the moon with my haircut. Thank you Darcy!

I debated wether to post this review or not, but I’m so disappointed that I can’t help it. I went to have a hair dye and everything was fine. Loved the styling and left the place happy. After a couple of days my scalp got very itchy all of sudden, making me very uncomfortable. Everytime I scratched my scalp or washed my hair, there were tiny spots of dye left on my fingers, I checked with my usual hairdresser and she said this happened because they probably didn’t wash off the dye properly after they applied it. Now the worst part: because of the severe itchiness, I started noticing my hair falling more and more after just one week and a half, and they became noticeably weaker. It took me 7 washings to get rid of the dry spots. I had new hair growing after taking care of them for months, and I feel now they are ruined. I’m honestly really upset. I spent more than 300$ just to have my hair ruined and I feel completely ripped off, for that price I expect the stylist to be able to wash the dye off. Service was nice but I obviously won’t be back.

I had a great experience at Lily Jackson. Ryan looked after me very well. We chose a colour for my highlights that was very natural. Exactly what I wanted. A bonus was drinking one of the delicious teas whilst sitting under the hair dryer.

I had a fantastic time at Lily Jackson. The staff were super talented and helpful. I had Darcy, who has done wonders with my dry and frizzy hair. I have never felt so good about my hair until after his permanent straightening treatment. Darcy and his colleagues were clearly very experienced and talented in their craft. I’m recommending this salon to all my friends and family.

A great hairdresser is someone you can communicate with - someone who listens and understands what your concerns are, what look you are going for and makes that happen for you. At Lily Jackson, Jules and Graeme do just that for me. I've changed my style a couple of times since my first appt and may change again, but I know that wherever I want to go with my hair, they will understand.Wouldn't trust anyone else. Darcy is an absolute miracle worker! I visited Lily Jackson to uplift my gray transition. I had some vague ideas about what I wanted but what Darcy achieved was beyond my wildest imagination. The look! The gloss! The bounce! My hair now looks 200% better than the inspo pics I brought with me. Thank you so much, I can't wait for my next appointment with you, Darcy!

I'm really happy with my experience at Lily Jackson with Jules. We had a great up-front discussion so I knew my options and all of the pros & cons. Bless, one of the few stylists that understands wavy/curly hair.I'm travelling, but if I'm in Sydney again I'll definitely be heading back to Jules.

Lily Jackson can do no wrong! I've been going to this salon for 15 years and it's been 15 years with many incredible styles of hair! On my last visit, Jules cut my curly early-stage grey hair perfectly without my input she just got it bang on! Thanks Jules, love your work almost as much as I love your beautiful self.
