For the most part I dealt directly with the manager, Kyle, he came across as extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Quality of the work was excellent! Had a small issue with the drawer system but it was sorted quickly and without any fuss. Great experience overall.

Called shop to get quote for suspension. Went to shop to confirm. Waited on phone call to confirm parts and pay. Now maybe I got a little impatient at this stage ? I don't know, I did ring 3 times , I wasn't abusive or rude but I asked the question of what was going on? Throughout our interactions my sale didn't seem important to this business. I got on google rang shop in SA and made my purchase down south. The sales member was nice , and clearly wanted my business, quote providedin 40 min and cheaper for the exact same product. And yes that's delivered to Darwin. Shop around...

For 3 weeks I called every 2 days to chase up a quote, I was told by multiple different staff members that I will call you back shortly" to which I never actually did unless I called again that afternoon. Wasn't taken seriously about booking in my car after finally being able to discuss the quote.I watched one employee dump the clutch and almost take out the drivers side of my car on the bullbar of another parked car.Was treated very poorly when going to pick up the car after the work was done. Was told to "wait 5" for 30 minutes after arriving at the time they said my car would be ready to drive out of there.Just don't bother calling this place

We landed on the doorstep of L&S with a major fuel tank issue which stranded us in Darwin. Callan and the team were amazing, worked through numerous challenges to get us back on the road ASAP. A huge thanks to everyone there, couldn’t recommend them more highly, they certainly went above and beyond to help us even though they were extremely busy. Certainly restores faith in the meaning of ‘customer service’. Thanks L & S !

Had 2 extra leafs in back and 2 front shockies replaced. Replaced bushes. Good advice, good price, good service and friendly staff. 2002 Hilux drives great now. These guys know what they're doing and can highly recommend! Thanks L&S!

I sent an email to Callan and received a speedy response . I was concerned about a Lovells GVM upgrade and uneven suspension after completing 1000 kms unsealed road (Outback Way) .The upgrade had been completed in Victoria yet Callan and his team were quick to view my vehicle and sympathetic to my uneasiness driving the vehicle back to Victoria. All was well enough to complete my journey and that’s all I needed to hear.Thank you Callan and Tyrone for exceptional service. You’re awesome!
